Refund & Cancellation Policy

💳 1. Wallet Recharge & Top-Ups

Funds added to the SmartPark wallet are strictly for the purpose of paying for parking services at AMC designated parking zones. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted from your bank account but not credited to your SmartPark wallet.

🅿️ 2. Parking Fee Deductions

Once a parking session is completed and the corresponding fee has been deducted from your wallet based on the duration of your stay and AMC tariff rules, no refunds will be issued.

⚠️ 3. Technical Errors & Overcharges

We understand that technical glitches may occur. You are eligible for a refund in the following scenarios:

To claim a refund for an overcharge, you must raise a support ticket via the app or email within 7 days of the transaction, providing your vehicle number, date, and transaction ID.
