SmartPark Mobile Application & Services operated by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation
Funds added to the SmartPark wallet are strictly for the purpose of paying for parking services at AMC designated parking zones. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted from your bank account but not credited to your SmartPark wallet.
Once a parking session is completed and the corresponding fee has been deducted from your wallet based on the duration of your stay and AMC tariff rules, no refunds will be issued.
