✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the SmartPark mobile application ("App"), operated by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application or its services.

🚗 2. Description of Services

The SmartPark app provides users with features to manage their parking in designated AMC parking zones, including:

• Locating nearby parking slots using GPS maps.
• QR Code-based entry and exit with auto barrier integration.
• In-app wallet for seamless and cashless parking fee payments.

Availability of parking slots is subject to real-time physical occupancy, and the app does not guarantee a reserved spot unless explicitly booked in advance through the platform (where applicable).

👤 3. User Registration & Account

To use the services, you must register by providing accurate information, including your mobile number and vehicle details. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials/OTP.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring your vehicle registration details are current and correctly entered.

💳 4. Wallet & Payments

The app features an integrated digital wallet to facilitate quick payments:

• Top-Up: Users can recharge their wallet using supported payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking).
• Deductions: Parking fees are automatically deducted from the wallet balance upon exit or at the time of booking, based on the applicable tariffs set by AMC.
• Minimum Balance: You may be required to maintain a minimum wallet balance to enter certain parking zones or use the auto barrier facilities.

🚦 5. User Conduct & Parking Rules

While using AMC parking facilities, you agree to:

• Park only in designated slots and avoid obstructing other vehicles or pedestrian pathways.
• Adhere to all traffic and parking regulations enforced by AMC and local authorities.
• Pay all applicable parking fees. Evasion of fees may result in penalties, wheel-clamping, or towing of the vehicle at the owner's expense.

🛡️ 6. Limitation of Liability

AMC and its authorized parking operators are not liable for:

• Any theft, damage, or loss of the vehicle or belongings left inside the vehicle while parked in the designated zones. Parking is at the owner's sole risk.
• App downtime, connectivity issues, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party gateways or network providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

🔄 7. Modification of Terms

AMC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publishing within the App. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
